Healthy small groups have an outward focus.  Jesus came to bring life to the lost and broken.  He calls those who belong to him "to make disciples of all nations".  A healthy small group is a great place to bring seekers because it is full of the life of Jesus.  In a healthy small group, we will be looking for ways to reach out to the hurting.  This is the kind of atmosphere that we are aiming for in our small groups.
